My recent stay at NH Collection Amistad Cordoba was a delightful blend of luxury and Andalusian charm. the hotel, a converted 18th, century mansion located in the heart of Cordoba City Centre, offered a truly memorable experience. the traditional courtyards, archways, and woodwork added a touch of historical elegance to our stay, making us feel like we were stepping back in time. the room we stayed in was spacious and well, equipped, featuring a Nespresso machine, kettle, and a specially designed mattress that ensured a comfortable night's sleep. the room's unique design with stairs going down added a touch of modern sophistication, while the courtyard view was simply enchanting. Every little detail was carefully thought out, from the abundance of body lotion to the cute toothbrush provided. One of the highlights of our stay was the exceptional breakfast buffet, which featured a wide variety of fresh juices, pastries, cold cuts, cheeses. the café and restaurant on, site were perfect for sampling Cordoban cuisine, with the staff always ready to recommend dishes and prepare them fresh for us. We made sure to take advantage of the two open, air patios, where we could unwind with a drink and soak in the sun, drenched ambiance. the sun terrace with a seasonal outdoor pool was a great spot to relax after a day of exploring the city's attractions, such as the Alcazar and Cathedral located just minutes away. the hotel's attention to detail, warm hospitality, and excellent amenities made it a perfect choice for a weekend getaway in Cordoba. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious yet authentic Andalusian experience.
